In honor of Halloween, October 2017's Patreon-funded free recording is about existential dread. 🙂  Specifically, about the lingering feeling, the suspicion in the back of your mind, that you aren't actually a real person.  You're just a simulacrum, an automaton... a puppet.  You're attracted to hypnosis and mind control because you were made to be controlled.

September 2017's Patreon-funded free file was inspired partly as a jab at myself for hiding under a rock all summer. 😉  The theme is motivation (and one of the background tracks is partly taken from my older inspirational recording, Muse), but with a brainwashing twist.  Whenever you realize that you've been feeling not up to your best, disconnected from the world-- like you're sleepwalking through life, "phoning it in"-- subconsciously you realize that it's because YOU ARE BEING BRAINWASHED.  And that realization activates a failsafe: it triggers you to automatically, mindlessly, and perfectly complete the next item on your to-do list (at work, at home, whatever it is you're doing), subconsciously paying close attention for ways that you can streamline and safeguard that task so that you *can* perform it accurately and completely despite being unable to think.
