This file's a bit longer than my usual, but I think you'll like it. 😉  Have a piece of paper and a pen and pencil in front of you when you listen (so if you usually listen while lying down, you might want to switch that up a bit and listen while seated at a desk or table).

June 2017's Patreon-funded free file is about focusing on the hypnotist's voice in trance, tuning out all other sounds.  Several others of my recordings play in the background, so that you can practice the skill of focusing only on one voice, one track, one set of words; and so that your subconscious mind can practice choosing what suggestions to take in and which to disregard (though the background tracks are themselves mainly just about going into trance).  I enjoyed learning some new skills for the sound editing. 🙂

May 2017's Patreon-funded free file is all about spirals.  Going into trance when you see a spiral. Going into trance automatically, helplessly, when you see a spiral.  Going into trance when you see *any* spiral...

USE CAUTION WITH THIS FILE.  Dropping at the sight of any spiral, anywhere, has all of the problems of "open triggers" and then some.  It might not be appropriate for your style of play!  The recording suggests that you will only go into trance when it is "safe and appropriate" for you to do so; and that the more you listen to the recording and the more you encounter spirals, the better and better your subconscious mind will get at controlling your trance response, only dropping you when and as much is appropriate for your safety and needs.  Nevertheless, if you have the option of the company of a partner who can bring you back up out of trance, and some time to practice both dropping to spirals when it's appropriate and *not* dropping when it isn't, that practice is likely to pay off well for you.

The file does not include a wakener.  If you use it with a partner, they can wake you; if not, bringing you back out of trance when it's time will be part of your subconscious mind's practice at managing your trance experience appropriately.
