This months piece of hypnotic training was partly inspired by a recent local class I attended on hypnotic amnesia offered by the excellent New Hampshire hypnokink group.  One of the ideas I took home from the class and have played around with a bit since was approaching hypnotic amnesia in small pieces, at first practicing forgetting or even blanking from conscious awareness only something small, like a single word.

In this case, the word is also a trigger for pleasure or good feelings, so your subconscious mind can practice keeping it from your conscious awareness while still hearing and responding to it.  I think you'll enjoy the results, 😉 and will enjoy seeing how they change with practice!

Some thoughts about obeying even relatively meaningless and arbitrary commands just for the sheer joy of obeying.  Just because obeying is a habit for you now.

Those of you who like very stereotypical hypnosis commands will especially enjoy this one.  Also, this recording includes a posthypnotic suggestion for something you will do right afterwards-- nothing nsfw, but listen in a place where that will be all right for you.
